You will need a piece of paper, a pen or pencil, and a ruler or measuring tape.
Look for an area with a hard floor, such as tile or hardwood, where you can comfortably stand and place the paper.
Place the piece of paper flat on the floor. Make sure it's large enough to accommodate your entire foot.
To simulate wearing shoes, put on a thin sock that you would typically wear with the type of shoes you are planning to buy.
Stand up straight with your feet parallel and your weight evenly distributed on both feet. This will ensure an accurate measurement.
Place one foot carefully on the paper, ensuring that your heel is aligned with the edge of the paper.
With the pen or pencil held vertically, trace the outline of your foot, keeping the pen in contact with the paper at all times. Make sure to trace around the widest points of your foot, including the toes and the ball of your foot.
Processing time for orders shipping with ground shipping is 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 2:00 pm EST.
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately call our Customer Service department toll-free at 833-326-3487. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
Regular DapperFam order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 7am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Shelbyville, KY. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).

Returns Policy
Not fully satisfied with your DapperFam online purchase? You're welcome to return items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, either for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or any transaction fees. In collaboration with re:do, DapperFam ensures a seamless and efficient return or exchange process. Be aware of a minimal restocking fee of 10% for returns, which will be subtracted from your refund.
Alternatively, exchanging unworn and unused merchandise does not result in a restocking fee.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment.
