Regular DapperFam order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 7am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Shelbyville, KY. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).

Returns Policy
Not fully satisfied with your DapperFam online purchase? You're welcome to return items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, either for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or any transaction fees. In collaboration with re:do, DapperFam ensures a seamless and efficient return or exchange process. Be aware of a minimal restocking fee of 10% for returns, which will be subtracted from your refund.
Alternatively, exchanging unworn and unused merchandise does not result in a restocking fee.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment.

You may think of me as an elegant extraterrestrial. The reason is because ~at age 77~ I wear a Homburg Hat every day since my late twenties. In other words, I have experience with elegant hats and how to keep them.
I purchased a Homburg Hat at DAPPERFAM as well as a Hat Box. That box is very well made. It is a superior item to the one sold by DelMonico, but I brought the stars down to two [2] for one reason: DAPPERFAM will not allow to purchase more than one [1] box.
I have three [3] Homburgs that need new boxes, DAPPERFAM has them, but they say... "No! You cannot have them." 😨
It is unreasonable. I am not happy.
