DAMAGES AND ISSUES
DAPPERFAM reserves the right to make exceptions for returns or exchanges in cases where there's a defect or quality issue due to manufacturing, which can be attributed to DAPPERFAM.
CANCELLATIONS
Because we give your custom order the care and attention it deserves, these orders cannot be modified or canceled once the order has been submitted and entered production. For orders canceled prior to the item entering production (within 24hrs of placing the order), there is a 3% cancellation fee. This covers the non-reversible bank transaction fees.
