First off,I love the concept of the hats,material and quality.....upon purchasing,it said I had a code for 10 percent or more off,and that I never got,secondly,I ordered 2 different hats,and one came a little tight and the other a little big,despite having the sizing helpers,I ordered the same size on both,but 2 different “fits” came...other than that,I love the hats and will continue to purchase as needed.

Concerning differing fits for hats in two different orders, I noticed in reviewing your orders that in the first order the hat purchased was a size Small, while in the second order the hat purchased was a size Large. If we sent what was ordered, it could explain why one might fit tighter than the other. If the hats still have their tags and are unworn, I'm happy to exchange so that you can find that perfect fit.
