Vi ønskede at give vores kunder mulighed for ubesværet at anmode om et matchende bælte under køb af deres håndlavede, specialfremstillede sko.
Hvis du anmoder om denne service, fremstiller vores håndværkere et Hamptons bælte, der matcher de bestilte sko (materiale, farve, finish og brun) så tæt som muligt.
Håndværkere vil beslutte det bedste design for at matche skoene så tæt som muligt. Nogle designmuligheder, der er tilgængelige for sko, er muligvis ikke tilgængelige for bælter. I så fald vil håndværkere forsøge at matche skoene ved hjælp af tilgængelige alternativer. Tilpassede instruktioner eller specielle ønsker er ikke tilladt, når du bestiller et matchende bælte. Hvis du i stedet vil designe dit eget bælte, skal du bruge 3D-designværktøjet til at afgive en separat MTO-ordre.

Returns Policy
Not fully satisfied with your DapperFam online purchase? You're welcome to return items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, either for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or any transaction fees. In collaboration with re:do, DapperFam ensures a seamless and efficient return or exchange process. Be aware of a minimal restocking fee of 10% for returns, which will be subtracted from your refund.
Alternatively, exchanging unworn and unused merchandise does not result in a restocking fee.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Shipping & Processing
Processing time for orders shipping with ground shipping is 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 2:00 pm EST.
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately call our Customer Service department toll-free at 833-326-3487. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
Regular DapperFam order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 7am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Shelbyville, KY. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).
