I requested a refund three weeks ago. I didn’t get a response so I emailed customer support. It took them a week to reply. They replied, “Our apologies we didn’t see your refund request. Looking into your order history we only see one order with us. Could you send us an order number so we can look it up?” Their phone number doesn’t accept calls “right now” and I still haven’t received a refund. I’m contacting my bank to dispute the charge. I will never do business with DAPPERFAM again. I advise all others to beware of this shady, unethical, uncaring company.

Do your hats ship in a box?
Yes they do. We have specially constructed boxes that ensure your hat arrives in perfect condition. Allowing you to wear it proudly as soon as you take it out of the box.
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship from the Midwest, US Monday - Friday.
Most orders Tuesday - Friday ship same day.
With standard shipping, you should receive your order between 1 and 4 business days after its shipped. Expedited shipping options available during checkout.
